Listed below is Judge Rick Johnson's cowardly reply to a very stern email sent by Mike East, President of FATHERS. Judge Johnson has sat on both the Judicial Conduct Commission and the Kentucky Court of Appeals. His attitude in this correspondence is typical of his track record. He has a complete lack of concern for the well being of the children and families of Kentucky. He has called children being ripped apart from their parents, "fluff issues", in his bid for the Supreme Court of Kentucky. As you note below, he does not make one reference to the gross injustices done to the Nichols girls, and the Choate children. He just notes he has been "polite and considerate" and does not understand my hostile attitude. His pagan courts rip our families apart and physiologically scar our children, sometimes for life, and he considers this "polite and considerate". Then he "politely and considerately" threatens me with prosecution for my criminal conduct. Since when has telling the truth sternly via email become "criminal conduct". If I were in one of his pagan courts I would have been jailed for "contempt of court". This is a catch all phrase that they apply when you catch them in one of their lies, or the truth angers them.

There are many lawyers and judges that work hard to protect the children of Kentucky. Judge Rick Johnson is not one of them. He is the problem, not the solution.

Listed above are just two more blatant examples of nothing less than child abuse you are directly responsible for as a result of the lazy, and apathetic stand you take on protecting Kentucky's most helpless and vulnerable citizens, our children. You have full knowledge of what is happening in Kentucky's courts, yet you turn a blind eye to this needless pain and suffering in order to advance your own personal career and agenda.

 

You even turned your back on those you called "friends", when you stood idly by and watched the Jeffries family ripped apart by your godless pagan court. The Jeffries boys were traumatized, torn from everything they knew and held dear, and carted off to Texas nearly 1000 miles from their father, grandparents, aunt and uncle, church, and almost everything they loved and knew. A complete fool knows how wrong this was and you were in a position to help right this terrible injustice, and you did nothing.

 

You directly contributed to the stress that caused Henry's death! And yet you have the audacity to boast of being a Christian when it wins you votes.

 

Your words mean less than nothing, they are so overshadowed by your lack of action. All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to stand by and do nothing! You will be held accountable for your lack of action. Your sin is the sin of omission, and the list of your offenses grows with every child and parent you turn your back on.

 

The cries of pain and suffering of our children will rest on your soul throughout eternity you godless mercenary.
