    Ralph appeals to Judge Sanderson not to extend the DVO against him. Judge Sanderson extends the DVO despite her acknowledgement that Ralph has obeyed the DVO in all aspects. Thus sending a clear message that no person will ever be out from under a DVO as long as their ex decides to use the legal system as a very effective means of state sponsored harassment.
