To receive a copy of the video tape of your divorce or
custody hearing, (motions are not taped): Send a check or money order for
$17, ($15 is for the video, $2 is for mailing), along with the case number
or, the first and last names of both parties and the date to the Circuit
Court Clerk in the county in which the hearing was held. There is no time
limit on requesting the tapes. Be sure to include your return address.
